Sniper Zoom On Any Weapon:
Start a two through four player mission. Immediately kill one of your friends when
you start. The killed player can now cycle through the other players’ screens, and
can zoom as if the gun where a sniper rifle. Have whoever wants to use the dead
person’s screen use it. The dead player can control the zoom, while the other
player moves the character. This is extremely useful if the person that operates in
the dead player’s screen has a heavy machine gun.

Tree Top View in Lost Convoy:
In lost convoy multiplayer mode for Xbox live, you can climb up onto a tree
branch in sector C3. Approach the tree slowly while looking up at the branch
(there is only one tree in that sector) and you will pop up onto the branch. From
here you can snipe players trying to get into the swamp.

Autowin:
Select the “Enter Cheats” option at the main menu, then press B(2), X, Y.

Lay Down With Rocket Launcher:
While crouching, press Down to lie down. Before you finish lying down, select the
rocket launcher. You must be fast and may need to practice. Once mastered, it is
a very useful glitch. It works in all modes, including Squad on Xbox Live.

Medals:
Bronze Star: Get 15 kills
Congressional Medal Of Honor: Get 30 kills
Distinguished Service Cross: Get 25 kills
Purple Heart: Get wounded or killed in action.
Silver Star: Get 20 kills

Pagoda: Get On Top Of The Main Bridge:
To get on top of the main bridge at the start of the map, lay down directly under
the edge of the bridge. Roll up towards the hill while looking at the water. You will
start to see yourself flicker on top of the bridge. After a few times, you will be able
to stand up and walk around. The only way to get down is to lay down and crawl
backwards. You will fall to the bottom with no health damage. This works on squad
matches.

Pagoda: Lay Down Under Water:
Follow the directions to perform the ‘Pagoda: Get on top of the main bridge’ glitch.
Once on top of the bridge, look down and line yourself up with the river. Turn
around and lay down, then crawl backwards off the bridge. If done correctly, you
should land in the middle of the river, still laying down. You will have a clear view
of the valley in front of the bridge, and be able to shoot at anyone, but nobody will
be able to see you. Be careful when using a grenade launcher. The grenade will
detonate on the surface of the water at times.

Unlock Super Mustang:
Play the Stock Car level. When driving past a certain speed, you will hear a sound
that will confirm that the Super Mustang has been unlocked.

Maximum air:
Go to the Ford Collection and select “Time Attack”. Choose the Temple Ruins
track. Use the ’56 Ford F-100 as your car. Once the race has started, turn around
and go as fast as possible, then go up to the big hill just after the starting line (still
driving the wrong way). You will fly at heights of over 50 feet. Try different cars
for even bigger heights.

Unrestful Rest: Finding the tanks:
Like the Big Bertha cannons, the tanks are sequestered safely away. On your
map, in the circle you need to search, there is a circle made by the lines that
indicate roads. This is a town. Search there, flying near the chapel, and the tanks
will appear.

Complete tour mode as Vinny.

Play as Harley:
Complete tour mode as Afrodite.

Play as Ice Trey:
Complete tour mode as Shawnee.

Unlock New Weapons
Unlock new weapons by playing through the game and then doing the following to affect your final score:

Flamethrower – Kill more enemies by using ranged weapons than by using melee weapons, or finish the game twice.

Light Saber – Kill more enemies by using melee weapons than by using ranged weapons.

Silver and Gold Pipe – Throw the normal (steel) pipe into the sewer, and then answer the next three questions as, “No”, “No”, “Yes”.

Unlimited Submachinegun – Destroy the last boss in the game with a melee weapon.

Unlock Action Level Extreme
Beat the game on Hard Mode to earn Action Level Extreme 1. The options go all the way to Extreme X, or 10. The game becomes insanely difficult as the Extreme levels rise.

Unlock Life Display Option
Beat the game on Hard Mode. The Life Display appears in the Extra Options. It shows how much health Heather has left before dying, and does it more accurately than the normal display bar.

Unlock Beam Saber
Defeat more enemies using melee weapons than gun weapons the first time you play. This can be found in the corridor outside where you get the MY BESTSELLERS KEY.

Unlock Flamethrower
Defeat more enemies by shooting them rather than using melee weapons the first time you play. You can find this in the normal version of HELEN’S BAKERY in the mall, where you get the Tongs.

Unlock Heather Beam
Defeat the game on Hard Mode. Then this weapon activates once no weapons are equipped.

Unlock Sexy Beam
This is basically the Heather Beam with the Transform costume equipped.

Earn Possessed Ending
To acquire this ending, you must kill over 100 enemies (displayed on the Results screen). You must also acquire 1000 points of damage, so let every monster in the game hit you once. Forgive the person in the confession box, as well. Since you’ll spend much of the game being a vicious killer, the very fitting Possessed Ending ensues after the final battle. This cannot be acquired on the first playthrough, and is best tried at in Normal or Hard Mode, with the Unlimited Submachine Gun.

Earn Revenge/UFO Ending
Acquire the Heather Beam. Then, in a replay game, use it on at least 30 monsters. In Harry’s apartment, the ending will occur and the game will end right there.

Unlock Beginner Difficulty
Dying twice on Normal unlocks Beginner Difficulty which can only be found on the Extra Option menu.
Unlock New Costumes (NTSC)
Finish the game to access the secret costume passcode screen. Enter the passcodes to unlock a new costume for Heather.

Beat the game to unlock additional costumes for each character. These include: Original outfits for Storm, Wolverine, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Iceman, and Colossus.

X-Men Legends Hint: Leadership
The “Leadership” quality possessed by Storm and Cyclops can be a tremendous asset to the team. This skill multiplies both damage and experience when successfully completing a combo. At its highest level Leadership will multiply damage by 150% and experience by 25%. Use Storm and Cyclops together to multiply these values a second time. That’s 625 damage of a base 100 attack. With a good roll of the die, combo attacks upwards of 1500 are possible by the end of the game.

X-Men Legends Hint: Wolverine Projectile
When you acquire Beast, Rogue, or Colossus you can pick up Wolverine and hurl him at a foe just like any other object so long as you use these three characters.

X-Men Legends Hint: Combos

* B, A, B, B: stun your opponent
* A, B, B, A, A, A: Almost always a kill
* A, A, B, B: Strike twice, hit into air, then strike down.

Hint: Quick gun:
At the start of the game, run though the back door to a gun faster and safer than going to the man at the front. Note: Hit him in the head and he will die faster.

Hint: Better sniping accuracy:
When in sniper mode, zoom in. To steady yourself for greater accuracy, sit there and do not touch anything to look or move for about five secounds or until he stops moving around. You can now look around with perfect dead aim accuracy.

Hint: More ammunition:
Wait until an enemy reloads his weapon before killing him. Kill him before he fires his gun and you will get a full magazine for your weapon.

Hint: Get the Dual Weapons skill early:
In the military base level where you have to rescue general Carington, there is a door on the left that leads to some kind of bedroom just before the room with the shaft leading to Carington’s prison cell. Enter the room and take out the three SPADS soldiers in the room. At the opposite end of the room to the right is a locker standing by itself. Open it to get a 9 mm pistol, and the Dual Weapons skill will be enabled. From now on you will be able to use dual pistols and miniguns.

Hint: Keeping out of sight:
At the start of level 13 “Dr. Freakshow, I Presume”, make sure that the receptionist does not see you. If she does, the receptionist will send a lot of soldiers on you with shotguns, which is bad if you are very low on health.

Hint: More blood:
In the level with the lifegaurd that gets shot after you get the throwing knives, kill an enemy. Then, start stabbing the dead body. Little drops of blood will appear.

To get more violence in a level where you get throwing knives, use your alternate fire to stab. Then, stab an enemy in the head. You should see three pictures of your knife going through the enemy’s head.

Hint: Strange song:
Somewhere in the mental hospital level, there should be a woman in a white coat with red hair behind a desk-like object with metal grating to show that they are closed. A few are open, but you cannot get in. Get close but still remain hidden. Listen and you should hear her singing a song that has a line like “You can close your mind but still be on the run”, which the same song the “grim reaper” you must chase in hunt mode sings.

Hint: Ubisoft logo:
When you first start the FBI level, immediately after the woman shoots out your cuffs, go to the center of the room with the three computers. You will find the Ubisoft logo acting as a screensaver.

If you walk up to the computer screen, look down at it, and press A, the screen will say “GAME OVER”.

Hint: Automatic crosshair centering:
Click the Right Analog-stick to automatically center the crosshair at head height. This is useful on levels with lots of enemies and Xbox Live.

Hint: Surviving against experienced online players:
Online play can be seriously difficult for those skipping the single player mode and going straight to multiplayer on Xbox Live. Experienced players seem to take a lot of hits while they shoot minimal bullets to kill you. Try the following strategies.

Get the Kevlar Vest for 100 points for extra protection.

Get five helmets for 20 points each; protect your head.

Get the M16 with grenade launcher or the submachine gun (RP-46) for maximum damage with minimal shots.

Do not stand still; move around and shoot to avoid direct hits. Also, aim for the head.

If you are low on health and body protection, detach from engaging and get your armor and health back up quickly.
